ALL PASSES INCLUDE: Access to both event venues (Victoria Conference Centre and Crystal Garden), two unique exhibitor show floors, artist alley, panels, Q&A’s, cosplay, entertainment and creator guests.
Photo ops, autograph signing, entertainment guest selfies and merchandise are not included and will be sold separately.
This ticket is sold subject to the following terms and conditions and may be revoked by the venue/promoter hosting the event for any breach. The ticket holder will be required to leave the venue if any conditions are broken, or if they breach any laws and/or interferes with the enjoyment of the event by patrons and no refund will be given.
1. The ticker purchaser agrees to accept responsibility for ensuring the ticket is not copied, and/or used fraudulently. Tickets are void if on sold, traded, scalped and/or are not sold directly from Eventsforce. (Note: the QR Code on this ticket is unique to this purchase. It will be scanned and accepted to this event only once)
2. The seller can add, withdraw, vary, reschedule or substitute talent and/or advertised events/performances. The seller may also interrupt or stop the event due to circumstances beyond their control.
3. The customer consents to and will permit the search and inspection of their person and/or possessions (including clothing and bags) at any time, including upon entry to the event.
4. The right to admission is reserved and is subject to the rules relating to the venue including (without limitation) to rules prohibiting alcohol. Customers who disrupt the event will be removed and no refund will be given.
5. The customer must read and follow Capital City Comic Con’s Code of Conduct and Weapons Policy. Failure to abide by these policies will result in removal from the event.
6. Ticket Refunds: All paid 2022 admission tickets can be refunded up until September 11, 2022, at 9am PST. Refund will be made at the face value of the ticket at time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes. To request a refund please e-mail, [email protected] and provide your registration confirmation and the e-mail you used to purchase the ticket. Refund requests without this information cannot be processed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed. Capital City Comic Enthusiasts Society reserves the right to change/alter the refunds terms and conditions at anytime deemed necessary.
