Acclaimed fandom troupe Geekenders are combining comedy, burlesque and some scantily clad dance-battles for a playful parody of the worlds most beloved pocket monsters. Join Ash and Pikachu as they travel through the world of Pokemon, battling fantastic Pokemon, and facing down against a Drag King and Queen Team Rocket and their trusty Meowth.
The Fictionals “Boom! Pow! Comic Book Comedy Show”
The Fictionals were back in action with their Boom! Pow! Comic Book Comedy Show at Capital City Comic Con 2022! From Ant-Man to Wonder Woman and all your favourite Hollywood blockbusters, the comedians were inspired by your super suggestions to create new adventures in front of your very eyes! Attendees had a chance to join the fun onstage and win some great prizes too. Excelsior!

Hosted by the nerdulent Junk Male, their fierce performers are going to serve up the perfect alchemy of drag artistry and all things fandom in a show geared towards all drag fans! From tabletop to death drops, Drag-On Quest promises to show you that #alldragisvalid and that geek has never looked so chic.

Junk Male
Your host for the evening, Junk Male has always strived to create drag shows for everyone, such as the beloved Sashay Café. With glitter, camp and a whole lot of meme references from 5 years ago, Junk is the human version of confetti cannon and is ready to guide you through this epic evening!
Bea Dazzler
Did you know that X-men’s Dazzler is Bea’s main inspiration for getting up on stage and performing for a crowd? The bright lights! The big make up! The even bigger wigs! Watch Bea Dazzler give a nod to her namesake and live her dream of being a rock star… minus the mutant powers.
Chaz Avery
Sometimes Carebear, sometimes Godfather, always charming: Drag King Chaz Avery has been making a name for himself in the Left Coast Drag Collective scene since his debut in March of 2016 with his energetic live performances, and also by producing & hosting the well-loved King Fling extravaganzas and various other events throughout the city. He’s thrilled to bring to life a character from one of his earliest fandoms – a character that makes up for his uselessness with his handsomeness!
Dublin Tendre
In a divet on their couch once lived a drag king. Not a clean, pristine, hard couch: it was a worn in couch, and that means comfort. It was meant for marathoning everyone’s favorite trilogy all in one go. That drag performer was Dublin Tendre. They have left their hole in the ground to take you on an epic journey. It’s a dangerous business, stepping outside your door and into the word of drag. Join Dublin on this adventure but careful! If you don’t keep your feet, there’s no knowing where you’ll be swept off to.
Ghost of Judith
It’s the dead of night,
You are awoken by a distant clapping sound
Out of the corner of your eye,
The sparkle of a rhinestone.
What is this, a burgler?
No its the Ghost of Judith!
Taking inspiration from 1980s horror films, Mad Max, and the femme fatales of sci-fi.
She is here to remind you that you are good enough just as you are, embrace what makes you different, and there is no such thing as too many hotdogs.
Gimmick
Another world, another time – In the age of wonder. A thousand years ago, this land was green, until the crystal cracked. A single piece was lost, a shard of the crystal. Now a young performer must embark on a treacherous journey to fulfill a prophecy to bring peace and make the drag community whole once more. Now let us hear your war cry for Gimmick!
Honey Dewme
Get ur sharpies out of the way – this babe is chockful of artistic inspiration and she aims to show it. Best known for her all around absurdity (a triple alliteration!) she is always ready to leave a mark, whether it’s with sharpie or with her performance. We are of course talking about everyone’s favourite fruit: Honey Dewme!
Van Damme
Rising from the ashes of the gender constructs they burnt to the ground, Van Damme is reborn this way! This former toxic drag king is rewriting their origin story, and their character arc is still a mystery… Are they a fully reformed & upstanding citizen? Sarcastic yet lovable antihero? Or maybe Van Damme is just the latest incarnation of a vulgar villain with some serious daddy issues? You’ll have to watch for clues in the secret scene at the end of the credits, and good luck avoiding all the spoilers on social media! Regardless of moral alignment, Van Damme is ready to rock their stretchiest spandex, and pack a big blast of party vibes wherever their drag powers are needed.
Kittin Kaboodle
You buy expensive and look cheap or buy cheap and look expensive. Kittin Kaboodle is on a mission to improve their cosplay/drag skills with reused and unconventional materials aka your trash. Fandom favorites include but not limited to Sailor Moon, Slayers, DC Comics, and Disney.
Krystal Divination
On a quest to get the word of gender anarchy across the world of earth, Krystal Divination aims to give every character who crosses her in her lifetime the power to be their truest self and not be afraid to fight crippling curse of judgemental one sided mind ghouls and trolls whom are riddled with darkness.
Lola Maneata
Lola Maneata is a local legend: her immaculate costuming, head to toe looks and jaw-dropping talents. Lola finds inspiration in pop culture and turns it into divination. Don’t miss your chance to catch a glimpse of this magnificent performer!
Misster Mortecai & Gay Jastby
Prepare for trouble and make it double… They’re here, they’re queer, they’re gayer than a tree full of monkeys on nitrous oxide! The sun and moon, the angel and devil on your shoulder, the human embodiment of a crack fic, here to bring you bullshit, Bentleys, and be-bop, it’s Gay Jatsby and Misster Mortecai!
Peaches N Screams
Feeling fruity? Down to clown? You’re in for a treat! This performer is sweet as a peach and always brings the energy. Mischief, mayhem and everything in between- give it up for Peaches N Screams!
